Are you bored at home？Do you feel like a fish in a small bowl? Well…at least fish get to swim in a bowl, we as humans can’t even play basketball on the court right now. However, we do want you know this -- we are missing you!
To help our members stay social and healthy during this special time, NOW Basketball rolled out its first ever 14-day Exercise From Home program just a week after the WHO announced an official pandemic in mid-March. The program attracted over 30 participants and was successful in promoting daily exercises. Our members were able to stay active and have some fun while at it. The first round of the program quickly became popular within the group, prompting many other members to become interested in the next series and express interest in participating in this interactive and fun experience. Due to the overwhelming demand, NOW Basketball has decided to continue the momentum with Exercise From Home 2 which will start on April 6! This time, it will be a 3-week program and will have more variations of exercises available. Check below for details:
How do I participate?
- You need to pay $10 to register. If you finish workouts for 12 days out of the total 21 days, you will get the $10 back and even win some bonus depending on how many days you've conpleted.
How does the program work?
- We will post "theme of the week" workout videos in advance. The themes will include Zumba, kickboxing, basketball, and more.
- You decide if you would like to follow the "theme of the week" or do your own exercise at home -- as long as you exercise for at least 30 minutes.
- Film yourself while doing the exercise and send it to us. Each video clip will be considered one entry, and one entry is allowed each day.
